Went here for a quick bite to eat, was excited that they had an impossible burger with vegan cheese options. The counter server... Mari wasn't pleasant. She also put in the wrong order for my meal. I asked for an impossible burger with vegan cheese because Idon't do dairy, which I was very vocal about. The server G Devaney had excellent customer service, she offered to remake myburger once she found out that I wasn't satisfied. Other then that the visit to Elevation Burger wasn't bad. I really enjoy this place but my last few experiences have increasingly gone downhill. I really only go for the fries because... they truly are that good. I don't mind that they have increasingly gotten more expensive because I understand and really onlyget it every once in awhile as a treat. But I've noticed the last few times that portion sizes are a bit smaller (notdrastically) but this time my serving bag was filled about halfway and the person after me got a full bag. The amount I gotwasn't exactly worth $6. I also feel like the overall service and vibe used to be better. Read more

This restaurant provides great food, good service, amazing drinks and great prices. I will definitely return for any occasion... the place is clean and the lighting is a little dim but it's a nice intimate setting. Elevation Burger is the best! Read more

I really enjoy visiting gourmet burger places and thought I would give this place a try since I?m new to the area. The business... was clean and comfortable and the staff nice and helpful but for the price, I found the beef patties lacking in flavor. Theywere moist but very plain flavor wise. The bun was nice and fresh but a little too soft and portions turned mushy as I ate. Thefries were boring and on the over cooked side and don?t get me started on the onion rings. They were very thin, lacked anyserious batter and again, a bit on the over cooked side for my liking. I really wanted to give this business a better review butsadly, these burgers, fries and onion rings are lacking compared to other gourmet burger establishments. Read more
Very tasty! I really really enjoyed french fries here and Elevation Burger tasted way greater than I expected. The hamburger was... not like fast food type. For me, this restaurant is comparable to other famous hamburger restaurants in NY. Its beef pattieswere extremely juicy and well seasoned. Read more
Wanted to see what all the hype was about. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. My friend and I ordered the Elevation... burger, hot fries, and onion rings, with 2 drinks, was $41. Everything was yummy, though not quite sure what the Elevation saucewas? Wasn't overly phenomenal or anything, but overall, everything tasted great. Read more
