On my way home and decided to hit the drive thru since they were opened until 9pm -- also sign was lit up as "open." Keep in... mind it was 7pm. I sit at the drive thru for 5 mins and no one came over the speaker. So I then went to the window figured theirspeaker wasn't working. Observed a lady sitting on a stool who looked at me. I asked are you open? She proceeds to just keepstaring at me, not saying a word....moral of the story never got to order anything because couldn't even get waited on. I ordered from Grubhub. The order I got was someone named Steven (a walk in) who got 3 wraps and a hummus toast. The only thing... right about my order was a hashbrown (because he ordered it) not only can I not eat anything in my $30 order but my coffee waswrong as well. This location has walk in orders active but refuses to unlock doors, manager need to wake up and pay attention to their... offerings and keep it consistent. I?ve been trying to give this place a chance since moving to the area. My order has never been accurate. Today I ordered a hot... americano and was given a cup half way filled with old coffee. Not an iced drink, but a cup for hot drinks filled with room tempold coffee. I understand mistakes happen, but it?s there?s no excuse for being sold an old cup of coffee. Read more
I am a regular Dunkin donuts customer. I get coffee everyday morning and get donuts for my kids after my soccer game every... Saturday morning. Today my kid has league game and it was our turn to provide refreshments. I bought 10 munchkins and requesteda box so that it's easier for kids to pickup. He outright denied that he won't provide the box for 10 munchkins. He doesn'teven pay for the box and inventory is provided by dunkin. He was rude and impolite in refusing my request even though I'm aregular customer there. I'm going stopping to this location due to this secure guy. He is a lean guy with a mustache. Read more
