Consistently rude, consistently gets my order wrong. I only go to this one when I have no other choice and when I do I think... there is no way they will get it wrong again, but they do. This is after being rushed through my order in the drive through. Read more
On my way home and decided to hit the drive thru since they were opened until 9pm -- also sign was lit up as "open." Keep in... mind it was 7pm. I sit at the drive thru for 5 mins and no one came over the speaker. So I then went to the window figured theirspeaker wasn't working. Observed a lady sitting on a stool who looked at me. I asked are you open? She proceeds to just keepstaring at me, not saying a word....moral of the story never got to order anything because couldn't even get waited on. I ordered from Grubhub. The order I got was someone named Steven (a walk in) who got 3 wraps and a hummus toast. The only thing... right about my order was a hashbrown (because he ordered it) not only can I not eat anything in my $30 order but my coffee waswrong as well. Not a sing drop of sugar or vanilla in it. This store needs to get it together or for the sake of everybody shutdown! Read more
