I went here today and there is an employee counting money at the register while the line is piling up. She could of at least... acknowledge people waiting. A girl who was in front of me walked away and when I stepped up she was still counting moneysmirking because she knew people were waiting. I gave her and the other employees a look and then she said give her a minute.Another employee took my order and they only had one pretzel dog prepared...really? It looks like they didn't prepare anythingyet. I hate to give such a poor review because most of the workers are African American. They need to do better at thislocation...so sad! Read more

Worst experience I have ever had at an Auntie Anne's. The workers moved like snails when the line was a 30 min wait. They stood... around like they were on lunch break. The pretzel dogs were old, their pretzels cold and I will never patron at this locationagain. The manager needs to revamp or retrain employees to actually work. What a joke Read more

But the aftermath holy mother of god i havent pooped like this in... years im pooping as I type this but when you go there please beware of the damage that will happen. Workers are very rude and impatient. While trying to order the woman at the register was very rude as well as the one making the... pretzels as well. The prezteles were quite bad, epsecailly the cinnamon pretzel(over loaded in cinnamon and cold.) Would not gothere ever again. Read more
