I have had pretty much bad experiences at Starbucks. I haven't gone back in a long time. Well today I figured I would try them... again. I ordered a tall flat white and pulled out of the drive thru and took a sip of my coffee, it was lukewarm at best. So Ipulled back through and waited another 10 minutes and the second cup was the same. I hope when I order coffee that I can haveit hot. It is very concerning to get a lukewarm coffee that has milk in it. So needless to say I won't be going back toStarbucks ever again. I can go to Dunkin and always have a hot cup of coffee. Read more
The starbucks near my house is closed for remodel so I thought to drive an extra 10 minutes to get my coffee. Wish I didn?t.... Asked for no ice, got ice. No flavoring? tasted so bold just to see there was coffee grounds all on the bottom. ThanksStarbucks! Read more

Staff is not only extremely nice to customers, but they also seem to treat each other well, and maintain a happy, positive... attitude, which can really be hard to find these days. The dining area is very large with lots of quiet, outlet-friendly seatingand they staff keeps it clean and inviting. I have spent a LOT of time inside this establishment the past few months (doingschool work) and this is consistently the kind of positive stuff I am witnessing. Keep it up, and thank you! Read more
