Went at approximately 3:45pm Saturday 10/8/22. Saw on yelp that they had good reviews, had outdoor seating, and had live music... (3-6). Upon entering my wife and I noticed we were the only minorities, and there wasn't live music playing. We have receivedgood service at other places when being the minority so we didn't think much of that, and the band seemed to be taking a breakwhich is understandable. We entered and my wife asked a waitress do we have to be seated or do we seat ourselves. The waitresssaid seat yourself, we'll notice you and assist you. We sat at a table, and shortly after two people sat to the left of us. Thewaitress attended to the people to the left of us, behind us, and a table to the right of us at least 3 times each withoutpaying us any attention. Didn't offer us menus, ask about beverages, nothing. Waited an additional 10-15 minutes and stillnothing so we left and enjoyed a meal up the street at Barroco. Grade: F Read more

As always, kitchen closes way too early and understaffed or servers that just don't care about service. Only reason I go there... is I have friends who like the place for whatever reason. I personally would rather be at any other bar in Downtown Willoughby. Bar itself is nice but management and service are beyond bad. Read more
Great Food, service, and very dog friendly on the outside patio. Our waitress, Sally, was excellent and made sure our pup had... water. The grouper dinner was wonderful and was a treat to look at as well as taste! Read more
I liked this restaurant. Has a nice outdoor Patio. The burger and sweet potato fries were terrific! Our server was very nice.... Menu offers a great selection and prices are reasonable. The bar drinks are great too! They got busier as we were there. I woulddefinitely go back. If I could critique one thing, for me, the Music was good but a bit loud. I am 74 so maybe not so much ifyou are younger. ????????? Read more
We like to sit out on the patio which is extremely spacious. Never had an issue with service. Just not much for a vegan or... vegetarian to eat. As a vegan I ordered French fries, but I there is a veggie burger of some kind I havent tried. Read more
Stopped up here to catch the end of a Brown's game with my fiancee. Despite all the negative reviews about the service, our... experience was exceptional. Our server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food and drinks were very good as well. The patio environment was a major bonus and allowed us to enjoy a beautiful Sunday outdoors. We will be back! Update: Stoppedhere during a weeknight, and while the service was decent, the food was not up to par. In fact, it was not good at all. Don'tever order the pizza here, DiGiorno's is better. I also ordered the daily special, breaded pork chops with bacon beans andstuffing, with a side salad., thinking they couldn't mess that up. I was very wrong. It was fairly priced, but I could havemade better food at home. Maybe stick to this place on the weekend. You will have to deal with the crowds, but hopefully thefood will be better! Read more
