Went to Pulp in Willoughby Ohio for my usual Kale Pow. I asked for a small got charged for a regular @ $8.75. This is the second... time that this has happened at this location. I tasted it..No pineapple in it and and something else was missing. It was verydark looking. I asked if the pineapple was in it they said yes. I get these all of the time and I know if its not made properly.I asked for it to be remade and was told no..nor could I get a refund. I've been coming here since it opened but haven't been back for a bit. Today I visited at 6:45pm and the floor was being swept... literally right under my feet...and when I moved the girl moved and continued to sweep around me. Then she started mopping. Itwasn't just me waiting for food and I'm not sure why she needed to be cleaning literally around people when they close at 9pm.Finally, their bathroom is "closed" - and they don't have another option.
