Went through the drive thru tonight at 9:05 pm on Nov 1, which they don't close until 10pm.. I had ask for crispy chicken. The... man told me that they were not going to cook or drop any more chicken tonight, and that everyone is tired and had a long daytoday. He told me that I can get the original chicken that is still left over. I will not ever go back to this KFC, very badcustomer service. They run it the restaurant based in there moods and not on what's advertised as in the menu. I do notrecommend this KFC to anyone!!! Poor service. Read more
I would have given this place more but I went there with my boyfriend and his son we ordered a 3 piece meal and when we pulled... up the lady in the drive thur handed us the food and told us she put a cookie in for his son. Everytime we go there, they are out of something. This time I ordered 8 piece leg and thigh bucket. Got 3 wings, 2 legs1 breast... and 2 thighs! Plus had to get Xtra crispy because there original fryer was out of order! Chicken was super dark and greasy whichtells me they haven't changed the fryer grease in a while. I have worked in restaurants for 40 years! That's just disgusting andlazy! And the girl taking our order was flat out rude! Read more
Went there today and was at the drive thru for less then 15 seconds. As I go to order the guy says " just so you know we are... timed so..." I didn't even get a chance to speak before he said that. I couldn't believe someone would say that to me. Veryunprofessional. Mind you I was in the drive thru less then 30 seconds. Horrible service. This location used to be great. The last couple of times we have been there though, they are out of this or that. Now there is a... sign on the drive through window that says "no refunds, we promise to make it right". We'll we order a 12 pc bucket meals,original recipe after being told they were out of extra crispy. Get to the window and he says it will be a 15 min wait andpromised to throw in something extra if we waited. So we said yes, he put 6 cookies on our ticket. Okay great. Pull up, proceedto wait 23 mins, send my husband inside- get the food or get a refund- comes out with a cash refund. They told him it would beanother 15 mins!! Absolutely ridiculous. I assume they gave our chicken to someone else because I know it doesn't take 45 minsto pressure fry chicken. I wouldn't have been so upset if someone had come out at the 15 minute mark and said hey I'm sorry it'sgonna be a few more minutes or even just brought us the refund instead of leaving us to sit there. We won't be back. Iunderstand times have been hard, but let's get with it folks. Time to get back to work and work right. Read more
