Ordered online for curbside pickup. Employee brought out my order (or so I thought) and put it in my trunk. While driving home... I get a call that they forgot 3 of my items and want me to drive back to get it or credit me. I told them since it was theirmistake I wanted them to deliver it to my house. I was feeding 7 people (so credit was not an option) and I was picking someoneup that needed to be to work within a half hour. The girl put me on hold and said the manager said they couldn?t do that eventhough it was their mistake. They wouldn?t deliver it for me because I ordered online for pickup and didn?t pay for delivery.Really??? I didn?t pay for delivery because I picked the order up myself. I guess it was too much to expect they were competentenough to do their job. They offered me a 2 liter pop for my inconvenience but never gave that to me either! The only reason Iordered pickup from there is because it was close by the person I was picking up. Bye bye Domino?s???? Willoughby has plenty ofgood pizza places to order from instead. Read more
