Sometimes this place is hit-or-miss, tonight it was a Hit! Our server Alliyah was Awesome! Very attentive. 70 dollars for lunch. 1 small draft beer 4 dollars. 1 truly for my wife 4 dollars, 2 apps 1 kids meal 1 flat bread and a wing... combo. My wing combo came out cold. Flat bread was soaked in sauce barely any chicken on it. Do better BWW!! Read more
Terrible all around. We had the server Rich. Boy, was he the worst server I've ever had. The manager is incompetent and doesn't... know how to speak to customers. The food was cold and lackluster. We got charged for 2 ranch sauces, when we ordered 40boneless wings. When I asked the manager how many sauces are free with 40 wings, he didn't know the answer ????. The serverdidn't bring silverware or napkins ????. The nachos were cold and didn't have enough topping on them. We got charged for 3cheese sauces for the "ultimate nachos ". What a joke. The go to for big groups and late night food runs. My friend group goes out a lot and the wait times in this area can be... oppressive. We?ve never had more than a ten minute wait with groups up to 12 people and with most other businesses closing at 10it?s our default late late night restaurant. The food is excellent if a little pricey(but what wing place isn?t). My onlywarning would be that it is a sports bar so the TVs are pretty loud. If that?s not your thing I would find somewhere else, butotherwise go get you some B-dubs! Read more
There were four of us, and I think only one of us received the correct order. My brother-in-law and sister ordered the cheese... curd bacon burger, but a chicken sandwich with cheese curds was brought out. When it was questioned, the waitress said, ?that?show it comes.? Questioning this myself, I went onto the official Buffalo Wild Wings website and confirmed it is, in fact, aburger and not a chicken sandwich. I also ordered a side of fries with my wings which I don't believe the waitress took down.Not a huge deal, but still slightly annoying. There really wasn't any excuse for the slow service and lack of attention todetail because the restaurant was not busy at all. I've been very blessed when it comes to going out dining. I didn't have to wait in line, food was fast, customer service was... awesome and the food was good but the customer service was better! Our waiter Barin is very knowledgeable and honest. Read more
