My six year old and my two year old I take to pizza Ranch at least two times a week. There?s this Hispanic girl that is always... grumpy at the till. I never complained until today. This girl, came right up into my face and said I am two pennies short Afterwe had already got our cups. I told her do you want me to go home and get the two pennies and she said in a very rude mannerwell I don?t have two pennies to give you! I thank God this gentleman gave me a nickel. I don?t appreciate the attitude,disrespect and the lack of personal space. My family and I will not be returning until she is terminated. Read more
We stopped here for the first time a couple weeks ago. The check-in guy was friendly and one of the employees was very outgoing... and wanted to make sure I was enjoying my experience. We must've gotten the B-team. The pizzas were extra flat and dry. The cactus bread was thin, dry, relatively plain, and was... never refreshed for the entire hour we were there. The fried chicken was overcooked. The busser over-bussed every table,basically taking any plate that someone wasn't sitting in front of (heard numerous remarks from other customers that went to usethe restroom that the food they were working on was gone). Then all at once the servers vanished into the back for about 20 minwhile plates piled and a slight line formed at the till. It was extremely messy. Every table was dirty. There was a literal finger nail on a table! The floors are covered in food and... are sticky. They brought out the cheese bread once our entire stay. The ice machine didn?t have ice. When we asked the managerabout why they didn?t have ice, he said he ?couldn?t make the ice appear ?. The ice cream machine was broken.
