I'm done. Three out of the last four trips, I've left without the pizza I ordered. This past time, two employees were... incredibly condescending and insulting. They expected me to be okay with something I didn't order or leave with a refund andstart over planning a meal for my daughter. I was upset about that, and they gaslit me to make it seem like I was the one whowas wrong. It was so arrogant. It ended up setting my 3 year old into a tailspin for the evening. The attached photo is theresult of the tantrum that followed and efforts to soothe her. I kept giving them chances. It's been awhile since I've seen aplace this consistently unprofessional. The amount of time waiting in line to get food you already ordered and paid for, is not worth it to most of the customers. But... the quality of product served is not meeting the mark. When I was assistant manager that would not have been acceptable. Theinside counter is closed, as the door is locked. Don't bother ordering online because by the time you wait to get the the windowyour order is old and cold. Many people think if they just walk up that somehow that locked door will magically be opened forthem by an actual caring person. Funny ???? Read more

What a tragic mess of a place. Got a bunch of dam people that work there that don't care. Got pizza last night and they gave me... the wrong one. Brought it back and showed it to them and they told me it was the right pizza. Then they exchanged it for onethat was drowning in pizza sauce and the dough was not even done. Read more

It's fine pizza for what it is, but the store is really inconsistent with its service at the Willmar location. The lobby may or... may not be open. The order may or may not be correct. Edit: I'm done with them for a bit now. Pre-ordered. Came to pick up.Was basically ignored in the lobby. At least twenty minutes in the lobby to be told they hadn't started my pizza yet. Messed upa whole evening again. They're short staffed, but lack of communication and courtesy is unprofessional. Read more

Pizza is ok for what you?re paying. I understand being short staffed, but allowing online orders, but not having the lobby open... to pick them up from the pizza portal doesn?t make sense especially when you have people waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Read more

Good food, just not great staff. Most are inexperienced in customer service, but the ones that aren't, shouldn't be wanting so... rude. Wish they would stop changing the menu getting rid of items that I used to order. They told me on a $13 order that Isimply cannot pay with a$50 because they didn't have the change. Who in their right mind starts a lunch rush with less than$37... She made me go someplace else to break the$50 and come back. Read more

The staff has gone down hill a lot. So many rude people work there it really takes away from the whole establishment and over... shadows the very few amazing employees. Very toxic work environment. The pizza was ok but would of been nice if they made what Iasked for instead of just giving me whatever they had in the box. Read more

Thank you to the staff at Little Caesars in Willmar! I ordered pizza and sides online and the whole process was seamless. The... pick-up was easy and straightforward. I picked up my pizza during a huge noon-hour rush on Saturday, December 26 with a longline of cars in the drive-through. Since I ordered online, everything was ready to go and paid for so I was able to pick up inthe store. Bravo! The food was outstanding! Read more
