The amount of time waiting in line to get food you already ordered and paid for, is not worth it to most of the customers. But... the quality of product served is not meeting the mark. When I was assistant manager that would not have been acceptable. Theinside counter is closed, as the door is locked. Don't bother ordering online because by the time you wait to get the the windowyour order is old and cold. What a tragic mess of a place. Got a bunch of dam people that work there that don't care. Got pizza last night and they gave me... the wrong one. Brought it back and showed it to them and they told me it was the right pizza. Then they exchanged it for onethat was drowning in pizza sauce and the dough was not even done. Read more
It's fine pizza for what it is, but the store is really inconsistent with its service at the Willmar location. The lobby may or... may not be open. The order may or may not be correct. Edit: I'm done with them for a bit now. Pre-ordered. Came to pick up.Was basically ignored in the lobby. At least twenty minutes in the lobby to be told they hadn't started my pizza yet. Pizza is ok for what you?re paying. I understand being short staffed, but allowing online orders, but not having the lobby open... to pick them up from the pizza portal doesn?t make sense especially when you have people waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Read more

I'm done. Three out of the last four trips, I've left without the pizza I ordered. This past time, two employees were... incredibly condescending and insulting. They expected me to be okay with something I didn't order or leave with a refund andstart over planning a meal for my daughter. I was upset about that, and they gaslit me to make it seem like I was the one whowas wrong. It was so arrogant. It ended up setting my 3 year old into a tailspin for the evening.
