Hey, the food can be really great but when you have have staff always closing even though they still have 4 people is... ridiculous. It seems like the last 5 times I have gone they're closed because they don't have "enough people" to work. I knowsome stores operating with only 2 people. This is a sad excuse to close down the store when you can still be making money isspeaking money and serving people. They also don't have a good attitude when telling You that they are closed. They are snippyand sassy and just not empathetic about it. I have heard a lot of the "well I don't know what else to tell you" " well we areclosed now so you can move along" .... Even though they have 3 people sitting in the store 2 people sitting in the parking lotthat are all workers they all are Hardee's uniforms... unprofessional and lobby is never open anymore and drive thru consistencyclosing early. Everyone going through the drive thru was instructed to park off to the side while food was being prepared. Why the wait? Plus... my biscuit was overcooked and dry as a cracker. Read more

I would rate lower if possible. I had the Hardee's 1/3 LB Frisco Thickburger and got an upset stomach I wasn't sure I acedently... ate some bacon (I can't have sodium Nitrate) or what. There were tons of bad ingredients and the mayo did not tast like mayo. Read more
Me n my mom went got chicken strips n monster burger yesterday afternoon n not only couldn?t half understand the kids working... cuz of talking so quite but also my mom got food poisoning from the chicken strips cuz they wasn?t fully cooked. Me being a fastfood worker in past this was uncalled for plz do better wish could get refund or something from having food poisoning but Idoubt it would happen but plz do better on cooking ur food n being understandable Read more
