We had a wonderfully friendly barista and she made our drinks perfectly. We have exceptionally complicated drinks compared to... most, which doesn't always work out. Lol. We will definitely be going back. Note: Starbucks is located inside the Safewaygrocery store. Read more
Covid19 is making it easy for employees of businesses to not care for the brand they work for. With no face to face business and... drive through only service and the line at this business no one will go back through the line to complain. Cold coffee lack offlavor and poor quality customer service. Normally Starbucks drive through employees are up beat and have smiley faces this guywas nothing more than here's your drink and window closed. Rude beyond belief for a starbucks. Read more
Almost always has a super long wait in line (10+ minutes) and most cashier's are not trained properly and often charge extra for... add-on (more than what they are actually supposed to). Also, with the exception of Paul, none of the baristas make the drinksas well as other Starbucks. Also, if you need to reload your account, they claim to not be able to do that in the store if youdon't have your original card. Honestly better off going to one of the other coffee shops (JD Redhouse) for a drink. Read more
