I called in to place my order, been here multiple times by the way, and the man who was on the other end muttered something like... he was irritated and then hung up! I then called back and a woman picked up and took my order and sounded annoyed! I understandworking is hard but don?t take out your anger on customers! Overall bad experience for the first time. Waited 45 minutes for three pizzas, and they made two of them wrong. They did remake those, but after waiting for 45 minutes it... didn't matter. There were only three other customers in the restaurant. Suffice to say we will not be returning. Read more
My boyfriend a friend and I dined in-house last night. We sat the bar for a beer and ordered burgers and wings. The bartender... Treman was a sweet young man and actually conversed with us. Now the burgers were delicious! So much so that my boyfriend yelledacross the place to tell the woman and young kid who made them that they were excellent, better than the Ukiah location. Pam wasa gem who laughed and joked with us for a few minutes. Absolutely awesome customer service and We found out that she is Treman'sMom!! Great family establishment!! Great pizza as always. Edward really went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and that we were welcomed. Fries... were done and at our table before tge pizza so the kids had an appetizer. The only thing we need that i know they are workingon is a few more games and a pinball. The pizzas were delicious and service was fast. The party room could have been a little bit cleaner. I don't think the pizza... boxes should have been stored on the floor because that's not sanitary. But we had a fun day and we would use this place again. Read more
