This has to be the dirtiest fastfood in the world. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Even the door is coated with grime,... setting the tone before you even enter that bathroom... Watching an associate nonchalantly walk around dragging a piece of clothon surfaces reminds you to make sure your food doesn't get in contact with the tables.I maybe eat at this kind of places 4times a year max and this will not make me want to change that Read more
I went in there for a simple whopper meal. They proceeded to give me the wrong thing and the manager acted like it was my fault... and was being straight up, rude and yelling at customers and employees and said ?well you should?ve kept your receipt? They were very unresponsive, when we tried to order through the drive through nobody answered so we went to the window and we... could hear people talking inside but they didn?t acknowledge us at all. Very rude staff also the hours on the poster on thefront door said the drive through was open? The service was quick at the drive thru, but the soda was flat and the burgers tasted a bit off. The fries were good tho.

Need to train there own employees their menu. I ordered the number 1 that should have been a whopper with fries and a drink.... Then I ask for just another whopper. They charged me another 3 dollars for the drink, which according to their menu is includedwith the number 1. Also no fries. 19 dollars later. Very dissatisfied with this place. I shall never return, I also will passthe word along to all the people I work with which is a large amount. The only reason people go here is because there are not many other options for a fastfood burger in town. The food is your... typical BK, IF they get your order right. And even then you can expect to be eating something that has been sitting in theirsteamer, even if you ask for it to be made fresh. The worst part however is the service. Customer service at this particular BKis non-existent. Staff isn't exactly rude, they just don't care and give no extra to their work beyond taking an order andputting as little effort as possible into giving out food. The restaurant itself is usually minimally cleaned but you'll haveto go inside to order unless you speak Spanish (which I do) to order in drive thru. If you need a BK specific item, go here.Otherwise spend a couple dollars more and go almost ANYWHERE else in Willits. Read more
