Ordered a Philly steak pizza on a thin crust, I ordered it clean cut. When it arrived to my house it looked very dry and there... was pieces of bacon and sausage ?! I ordered pizza from this location but there was a hair in it which was by mistake of course. So I called and they were so nice... to actually replace the pizza and come to my home and deliver it. I would definitely order again. Great customer service, theyactually listened to me and fixed the issue. Read more
Just ordered Garlic Bread sticks from here. Received my order and the marinera sauce was spoiled ( you can see the white mold in... the photo) like actually spoiled with mold in it and it smelled like sour rotten tomatoes. The bread sticks had no seasoning onthem and the butter was liquidy and sour!!! When I called to complain, the lady said it's hot so the sauce could be spoiled andshe said she doesn't have time to hear complaints bc she has other orders. She said at least the bread sticks was warm..... LikeWHAT I'm shocked. She said to call next day and complain to manager Parvez bc she barely works here and doesn't know much Abtanything...why are you working there?! Who hired you?! Wish I had read the reviews for this franchise before I ordered. Didn?t want to use the app because it was saying it was going... to take over an hour so I called in my order instead. Told me 15 minutes, took over 30 and they charged me almost double theprice telling me that they do not honor the online pricing if you don?t use the app. Won?t be back here again. Read more
Customer service at Papa Johns is non-existent. Our order was given to someone else and we were told that there?s nothing that... the store can do. It didn?t even occur to them to replace our order. Papa John?s customer service was also not helpful and toldme that the store manager will reach out to me within 48 hours. Stay away from this place. Read more
This pizza is like crack.... picked this up 20 mins after... still tasted beautiful.. love the toppings given as well
Absolutely disgusting. The last few times I ordered from here the pizza has been a mess, you pick up a slice and the cheese and... toppings fall right off. And the taste can?t even make up for what a mess it is. Never ordering from here again. I?ve given themtoo many chances and I?m always let down. Wish I could get a refund I paid $20 on this garbage.
