My post is a little late. We ate here several times about a month ago and we're not disappointed. The guys behind the counter... were very friendly and attentive. The pizza is delicious ranging from just plain cheese pie to specialties. Lastly I like thefact that the owners respond to the reviews. I used to go to Mama Teresa's as a kid but their service and attention to thecustomer seems to be lost. I will continue to go to frantoni's when I'm in town. Read more

Frantoni?s Pizzeria & Restaurant is a small place with informal dining. Most customers come for takeout or slices which they buy... from the counter and sit themselves at the bare top tables. The place offer various sodas, about four different beers, and onewhite and one red wine by the glass. In the time we were there (Saturday 19:30,) we did not see table service. You have to getup and retrieve your order from the counter when the food is ready. We ordered a Grandma pie, two different bottles of beers,and ate with plastic utensils and paper plates. The service was friendly. As to the food; the Grandma pie was ok; not great; itlacked crispness (pizza pan insufficiently oiled?.) We asked that they cook the pie some more to achieve the crispness of thetopical Grandma Pizza, but as son as it cooled down a little, it went limp again. The tomato taste of the pizza lacked thetypical acidity of the tomatoes of San Marzano (I do not know which tomatoes they use.) The mozzarella was mild, and thethickness of the dough was as a Grandma pie should be. Overall, if you were to close your eyes while eating the pizza, it couldpass for a regular NY style pizza, you could fold the slice and eat it!. The food is good but the surface is horrible. They used to be so much more efficient and when they gave you a delivery time it... was accurate now lately it?s at least a half an hour to 45 minutes later than what they tell you and they don?t call you andtell you there?s a delay you have to call them. They give you no adjustment and no apology I really don?t think I would use themagain. Read more

Ordered here after 2 people in the same day recommended. We ordered the chicken vodka sauce 18? I like that the pizza was large... and had a decent amount of toppings. Unfortunately, it was burnt and disgusting. After taking a bolus of insulin before eatingmy 2 slices I discovered that it was burnt on the bottom and inedible. Obviously we didn?t have other dinner plans or food tocook for the night and I ended up eating a bowl of cereal so I didn?t become hypoglycemic. Probably not your typical review butwe won?t be back. What has happened???? Received Cold unmelted Calzone no sauce when asked for extra. Called and they did nothing. This is the 5... the mistake in 2 months. Last month my dinner was missing. I am done. They should appreciate their customers more. I have beena customer since they opened. Read more

It?s where we like to get our Grandma pie, and at times our Grandma pie with some toppings. Consistently delicious.

Always a great slice This location is only a pizzeria there is no restaurant side unlike the other location.
