This review is no reflection of the staff but of the owners, closing the lobby and store whenever they want instead of sticking... to a steady schedule and refusing to except COUPONS because of food prices! That's the whole reason people use them. Just came here a few days ago. The guy working the drive through was HILARIOUS and engaging! He really had us feeling welcomed... and appreciated! I have never seen someone with such a great attitude working at a fast food place. Very impressed with thefriendly and speedy service we received. The food was great, and our whole order was correct. They didn't give us all our food (6 oatmeal raisin cookies and 6 raspberry cheese cake) had a total of nine so I called 5 times... and finally got someone and they said ok come back and pick it up. We get there and we were told we have to bake the cookies soit will be a few minutes (so they knew they didn't have our food when they made it and gave it to us anyway thinking we wouldn'tcome back) It took 30mins the girl comes out and says "so how did I mess up your order" and she knew why we were there, thencomes back outside and has an attitude when she gave them to us.
