Friendly enough customer service. clean enough establishment. Seems to be more than plenty enough workers. But they put... customers pizzas right on the front cash register counter so anybody coming in to order a pickup Pizza is literally reachingover or able to sneeze or touch customers actual food no common sense. Had to bring my daughter to the bathroom seen my twochildren's pan pizzas on the counter. Customers literally reaching over it to take their orders. We have up all these freakingsneeze guards to keep us all safe from germs but a Pizza Hut they let your food cool right on the counter next to the cashregister really think there should be a better way of doing this. So I called to check on my order after an hour and a half of waiting for it to be delivered and when I spoke to someone they... said it was placed in the carry out by mistake and when asked if they could remake it I was told it was in the warmer so no andasked if I could be comped for for something and I was told I could only get a refund if I chose not to get the food or I canjust take the food not very happy worst experience ever with Pizza Hut they could have done something to make up for themistake they made but now I have to eat cold pizza and pasta when it should have been remade and when I finally got it i wastold they remade it it's all lies © Useful o © Funnv 0 Cool o Read more
My pizza literally came 45 minutes after it said it was out for delivery. On top of that the way the pizza was cut it looked... like a blind person cut it. AND IT WAS COLD! I called and asked for a manager and the lady manager literally told me the pizzais fine and ?I?m sorry you aren?t satisfied with oth the way we cut the pizza it happens all the time all I can do it direct youto a different pizza establishment.? She also told me that I was lying about the pizza being cold and that she?s taking the wordof her driver who didn?t even offer me my change back after I paid at the door he just walked off. I asked her if she feltcomfortable sending something like this out of her restaurant because as a fellow manager right across the road at QDOBA I wouldNEVER send something out that low of quality, late, and cut the way it was. She simply said ?I absolutely would send it out justlike that again? and asked me if I needed anything else I told her no and have a nice day. I definitely WILL NOT be orderingfrom there again. The lady could not find our order even though the app said it was ready minutes before we got there. Taco pizza burnt, wings not... covered in sauce, some sauce at bottom of container, and no sour cream with Taco pizza. Read more
I did not order naked/ bare wings, they never add sauce to the wings you order. I swear you have to pay the $0.49 per sauce cup... to get any sauce on your wing order. Would not recommend for wings bone in or bone out. Buffalo wild wings is by far a betterchoice. Read more
Awful company and management. Ordered pizza for my 2 year old and I for dinner. They forgot his milk and the delivery driver... initially said it wasn't on the slip, when I said I know I ordered it she told me they could possibly refund it. I opened thepizza and it was smashed on one side of the box and not really pizza. I called to see what they could do, talked to a managerwho said she would personally deliver it in less than 30 minutes. Called back an hour later and was told they got busy and itwould be another hour before they got to mine. So in total 3 hours to actually get what I ordered. Awful, unhelpfulpeople. Update - They finally delivered my pizza. At 9:30 at night over 3 and a half hours after I ordered it and asked themto just refund everything. They did not get the order right and brought the wrong pizza but it at least looked like a pizzathis time. Read more
Sooo I ordered pizza to go, a Small Pepperoni Pizza & when I came to pick it up, the Gal, said she had to take the pizza back... cuz she was bleeding from her finger from cutting the pizza, so they had to remake it, come to find out after starting to eatit, BTW this was a free pizza because of what happened, the pizza was really greasy underneath and OMG too much tomato sauceguys?. Just look at this!! You couldn?t even keep the toppings on the pizza, Probably gonna avoid this place for awhile? Couldbe bad management with the cooks or something? Read more
Well, we got a timely order all right, but a completely WRONG order. Two pizzas completely different than what we had... requested. I guess we'll try it again, but not online. We'll call for our order and demand we get what we paid for, or elsewe'll come in person and supervise the order from start to finish.
