To the manager of the store, you NEED to get your pump credit card readers fixed. The other holidays do not have your issues. ... They don't scan, they give weird errors or don't work or like today I had my card shut off temporarily because it was picked upas a fraud alert and all I did is try to get my card working at the pump. Took 4 tries. Had to call to have my cardreactivated. The other Holiday readers give normal prompts, don't question my card don't make me try multiple times. Also youneed to get that giant crater edge filled in in the cement in front of your pumps before cars start losing their bumpers, samewith the pot hole as you drive in. You have to dodge a 2 foot hole or lose your tire. You need to do better as it's gettingpretty embarrassing, the holiday gas on the north side of Williston makes your store look like it's in the sunburbs of a crimeridden city where no one cares. Not making this political at all... this is just about meaning what you say and enforcing your policies as a business. Sign on... door says "face mask is required." Yet employees say they do not want to be confrontational and refuse service to the 90% ofthe customers that are not wearing a face mask. Maybe they should change the sign to say "face mask recommended". Does thatmean they don't care about their own posted rules? Can I come in with bare feet and no shirt ...can I sleep in the cooler? I have always had amazing experience every time I purchase something from this store. Day or night the staff is extremely... friendly and helpful. Today I was in a HUGE hurry. I even sprinted from the gas pump to the store. One of the employees Patrickidentified I was in a hurry called for back up and opened another register so I could pay for my gas and be on my way! I workcustomer service myself and can recognize exceptional customer service when I see it. Thank you Holiday!!!???? Read more
Yet another post telling you that you need to fix your pump card readers only this time I was berated by the older clerk and... asked to leave when I was trying to fill up. Apparently he doesn't know how to run the credit card machine inside so that youcan get gas and come back in for the receipts. Unfortunately this person you have working there knows little to nothing aboutcustomer service and retention. The first pump was completely glitched out and not reading, and the second pump was denyingcards saying it was disconnected from data or something. I know it wasn't a card issue because I used it for gas down thestreet, Thank God for Conoco, and I used it for a hotel. Needless to say I will be telling all of the rest who work with me andthe company never to buy gas at Holiday gas stations with customer service training like this! Read more
