Omgsh SO HORRIBLE! They forgot my extra biscuit, they didn?t give me spicy, the didn?t give my husband 3 pieces (only 2), and... when I asked to be charged for a large Mac and cheese instead of two small they actually said just charge her for two and gaveme a large. The chicken was so ? not good as was everything else except the macaroni. Wow, now I know why I haven?t been backto Popeyes in twelve years! Now it will be for the rest of my life. Read more
We really like Popeyes, and this is the third time we've visited this location in the past three weeks in spite of the negative... reviews. The service has been so-so, but understandable given staffing issues in the food industry. But their food is great! Wewent today to find the doors locked, so my husband walked to the drive through window to ask if they were open. He was told theywere, but for drive through only. My issue is, if the dining room isn't open at least post a notice on the doors and actsomewhat apologetic instead of having a "we don't care" attitude. We're sympathetic to management's challenges, but if you don'tcare neither do we. So we won't be back. Read more
Chicken is wonderful! Special advertised with strawberry lemonade slush drink was not available because they had not received... the machine yet. They should not advertise specials on tv till all their restaurants have the equipment to make it! Sideorders are a bit pricey. Read more
I Should Have Looked At The Reviews!! I had not been to a Popeye?s for years, I was in the area and I figure let me go in here,... they have a 50th Anniversary special advertised on the big sign outside for $6.99 When I got to the register and ask for thespecial, the cashier which I?m assuming she is one of the managers(Purple Shirt) told me that, the special is no longeravailable. I said to her that it?s still being advertised on the sign outside, and I mentioned to her that?s false advertising.But she didn?t say anything ???????? so I just told her to give me a 12 piece nugget. What happened to customer service andtaking care of the customer? Specially because your company is falsely advertising. Corporate/Mngmt teach your employeescustomer service 101. Staff was friendly and prompt. I ordered popcorn shrimp, which is perfect for eating on the road. Shrimp came out quickly, was... hot and fresh. Everything now at all fast food places is pricey, but I didn't feel too bad about the price because the food wasgood. Read more
Waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes and had to repeat my order several times. Got to the window and waited again... several minutes to finally be asked to park, after parking and waiting another 15 minutes I went in to retrieve my food andnoticed a few other customers who were experiencing the same issue. It seemed that the staff were either lost or disinterestedin getting orders out in a timely fashion! Read more
