The rating is for the service, not the food. I saw the sign for the new breakfast bundle and had to try it. I drove up to the... Order spot and talked to a young lady inside who knew not a lot about the bundle. She offered me the sandwich, potatoes andcoffee as the bundle. Then when she repeated it back, she said that the coffee had to be purchased separately. As for thesandwich, it did not come on a croissant roll but on some thing that looked like a square bun. Completely disregarded my order. It shouldn't be too hard to follow a word for word doordash request. I'm recovering from labor... and a small thing as remembering to give me BOTH sauces I selected and the correct type of nuggets (SPICY) seems difficult. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE! I've know folks who've worked at this location and I can guarantee that if there is food going or just out of... date they will still serve it just for the sake of ensuring cost coverage! This was my only visit to this particular Wendy's, it had been many years since my last visit to one. I was pleasantly... surprised to find the meal (double cheese burger and fries)prepared just right. However the soda machine needed to be service asnone of the sodas had the proper mixtures. Ordered 1 burger nothing more. Took a bite and it was hair. Took it back and asked for a new one as I was not going to eat it. A... new burger was made and the African American woman who made it snarled and made a comment which I did not hear as she walkedinto the manager office with the light off. I asked is there a problem? No one responded. It shows how unhappy she was. Not onlywas she on her phone while being in the food prep area she was rude and unprofessional. Don?t disrespect customers if yourunhappy with your job do something to change it. Ridiculous how some employees are rude for no damn reason. I waited almost 20 minutes for a kids nugget meal, 1 biggie bag burger 2 drinks and a 10 piece nuggets. The coupon I tried to... use from the app didn't work. My nuggets were cold, my burger had to be remade, the kids meal was missing the drink and theapple slices and my sweet tea was flavored with peach when I asked for a regular sweet tea. Came in around 1pm June 20th , it was packed with customers yet the staff kept pumping out orders back to back to back. Loved... their high spirits and fast pace. Their manager should be proud of not only cashiers but cooks as well. Keep up the energyhighly satisfied with everything. Read more
