I bought some tacos today. The lady who took my card just had this s*** eating grin, and weird eye contact. Even worse when... handing me the food. I thought, "i'm checking out the food, before I eat it". I'm not saying they did anything, but I threw itall away. The tacos just did not look right. I've had soggy tacos my times at all taco bell's .... these soggy tacos weredifferent, the shell on the inside by the meat was soggy and slimey. There was a smell involved that was not of taco. Proof?None. Instinct and odd visuals/smells 100%. That mischievous smirk and eye contact was a dead give away something ain'tright. Lost $21, but I passed on eating possible who knows what. Read more
I've come to this location several times and usually pretty great experience but this particular day, I believe they must have... been having bad day. Before we ordered a gentleman came in who had ordered from the drive throw he was very apologetic andstated that he got the wrong orderI'm not sure if the lady helping him was a manager or just to drive-through person but sheargued with the gentleman Stating that that is what he ordered. He stated very apologetically again that, it was not what hesaid. She said "I know what you said" and then grab the Box from him and exchanged it. My husband then wanted a soft taco anda hard taco When the total came up he stated did you get both of my tacos because the total was incorrect and she said "youdidn't say that you wanted two tacos that's why I repeated it." I just want to state that when I started working at 14 or 15years old we were taught to treat customers with respect and to just provide a service because the people who are ordering foodare also paying your wage And rudeness doesn't get anywhere especially if the customers are not rude to you there's no reason tobe rude to them. Hopefully our society will soon become nice again. Read more

It feels like every time I go to taco bell they are out of some type of ingredient. The people that take my order are rude and... unprofessional. The last time I visited I was trying to say my order and I kept getting interrupted and then when they got itwrong I corrected them and then popped back at me with attitude and said that it was correct and then when I pulled up to thewindow that?s when they decided to tell me that they were out of ground beef. Today was one of the best experiences I had at Taco Bell. Even tho the they were busy, Kayla was super sweet and took the time... to get my order right and made special. Other employees checked in to see if I needed anything while I was waiting for the food.Definitely good customer service! Read more
