I have finally had it with this sonic. For starters I go to pay for my order with card and the screen is flipping out so I... decided against putting my card in it then when I tell the lady it looked like she was mad I wanted her to swipe it in thebuilding. Next we are looking at our drinks and the slushes aren?t mixed they literally put shredded ice in the cup and squirtedthe flavor on top but that?s not even the worst part, I got there promotional broccoli cheddar tots as my side and I asked foran extra side of them both large and they give me 2 half full larges (promise I?m not exaggerating) so to the sonic in Willis txI?m writing this review about I hope corporate sees this and decides to do something about the laziness in this joint Iseriously felt ripped off after paying nearly $5 extra for the other half of my large broccoli cheddar tots.. I used to really love this sonic, and I still do when they actually get my order right. It seems like all the adults either quit... or got fired and now there are only high school kids working there who really don't care about anyone's food just what time theyget off and their paycheck. Just make sure to double check your bag before you leave! Whose idea at sonic was it to change their hamburger? The super sonic with cheese used to be one of the best. The bun is totally... different the meat is totally different it taste really bad. Went through the drive-through and said two times I need mustardfor my corn dogs. Drove away and guess what no mustard. The car hop was very sweet and did a great job. Too bad sonic decided tochange their menu for the worst. Wont be back. I would like to reply to Sonic Corp for their comment about my review... I doubtvery seriously it was the franchise owner's decision to totally change the way your hamburgers are made. I am sure it was adecision from the top to make cost cutting short cuts. Your burger was one of my favorites, along with Whataburger. You changedyours, they did not. Read more
I'm highly disappointed in the quality of my food I received. I won't describe the chili cheese dog I received. I'll let you see... the pictures. I had driven off before I took the first bite. It was unnoticeable underneath all the toppings. I immediatelyturned around took it back. The manager can out she made it right. She refunded my money then gave me 2 freshly cooked corndogs. Tell me if you would eat that hot dog. This is the first bad experience I've had at this particular Sonic. Read more

Last night we got sonic at the Willis location. Ordered on the app and was made fast when it was very busy. That being said,... alot was wrong. Ordered a kids meal that was missing a toy. Ordered tots with cheese and had chili on them instead. Orderedextra cherries in my slush and there was zero. Didn't get any of the sauces we asked for as well. Trying to be fair as it wasbusy but simply could have done alot better. Read more
