Second time I?ve been here since moving to the area. Food was perfect and service was great.
So firstly the people working there have their little kids at the restaurant, running in and out of the kitchen. The lobby is... nasty from construction, for over a week, and they take no care in handling your sandwiches, I got a large sandwich (over $15)and that?s no problem, but when I go to pickup the bag they stuck the sticker that?s meant to hold the box closed on the bag, sowhen I lifted the bag it dumped my sandwich, and the phone number they have listed is disconnected. This particular store is horrible. The sandwiches taste day old and the employees could care less! They shouldn't advertise... Cinnabon because I've never seen fresh cinnamon rolls in there. When I asked tonight when were they made the employee said "Idon't know they were here when I got here". They looked shriveled up and burnt. I've been here several times and it has beensteadily going downhill, I think they finally reached the bottom. Read more
I?ve gone here several times through the drive-thru on my way to work and the bread was barely toasted, kind of soggy. It had... been a while since I had been back, but I went today for lunch before heading to work. I sat in the drive-thru after placing myorder for 13 minutes with two cars in front of me and one car behind me without moving. And I couldn?t move until the car behindme finally backed out of the drive-thru and left. At that point, I backed out and went inside to get my order. I was alreadygoing to be late for work, and I needed lunch. I had to ring the bell to get someone?s attention because no one was at thefront. The manager came up and I told her how long I had waited and that I was late for work. She did apologize, give me myfood, and asked for my payment. Didn't get the bread I ordered. They were out of tea, unsweetened and sweet. The dining room was filthy and the person that took... my order was also the person that made my food, while two other employees just sat. Didn't seem like their was much pride oranything else at this location. I won't be returning to this location. Read more
Closed 30 mins to 9pm, who is in charge of this location? You must like losing business. Your employees left open sign up and... tell your customers at night drive thru that they?re closed. Your business fails because of people you fail to fire. Read more
I never right reviews, but this one is a must! Poor customer service. Sandwich was made incorrectly. I waited in line for 20... mins only to receive another incorrect sandwich. I just wanted NO lettuce and onions. Quite ridiculous. I had to get in line 3times and wait before I received a corrected sandwich. The girl in the window just laughed at me.... Do NOT come here unlessyou want the sandwich made the way they want to make it, and you have all the time in the world!!! Read more
