By far the most disgusting Popeyes I?ve ever walked in to. I?m not sure if it was just an awful day but i get the impression... this location is just gross. The chicken was clearly sitting all day, all of the sides we had were stale and nasty. The icemachine wasn?t working, the soda was warm and had zero carbonation. The restaurant was filled with flies. I?ve been in contactwith Popeyes for several weeks waiting for the owner/manager to reach out to me and refund our order however after basically anentire month nobody has responded. I bought chicken at the willis tx location last week. I thought KFC had small pieces. Popeyes was worse. Check out these tiny... wings and the drumsticks weren't any larger. I don't think I wanna visit them again. Read more

My wife and I had dinner at this location on 07/23/22 the in store staff were very busy with take out orders. Cashier was very... friendly and apologetic about not immediately taking our order. After perhaps a two minute wait, the cashier was againapologizing profusely. He took our order and we were promptly served with chicken and sides that were almost too hot to eat. Thefood was fresh and delicious! The manager was working just as hard as the employees were. This is the type service that goesabove and beyond what a consumer could ask for. We live in Conroe and have two Popeye?s locations locally, but believe me. Notall Popeye?s are equal! We?ve driven to this Willis location several times in the past, and it?s always worth it! Very unprofessional manager at this location. Don't use mobile order if you want your food. Waited in the drive thru for my... mobile order and was told to pull around once I got to the ordering sign. Waited about 5 minutes before having to go insideafter three cars that ordered at drive thru had already ordered, gotten their food, and left after I was told to park. Once Iwas inside I informed them I had the mobile order, then I was told they hadn't even started my order yet. Then after a few moreminutes a car pulled up in the drive thru and the manager told the person working on my order to stop working on it and go todrive thru. When I confronted the manager that I had already been through the drive thru and had to come inside after waitingfor five minutes, she told me that mobile orders are supposed to come inside and were not a priority. When I said I should'vejust waited in drive thru, she asked if I wanted my food or if I just wanted to yell at her. I didn't even raise my voice. Iordered online so that it was already paid for and already put in the system, making it easier on them. It is extremelyunprofessional to have a manager snap at customers for simply wanting to have their food made when multiple people who cameafter got their food before me. I ordered for my family of 3, and none of the items had to be specially made. I don't understandwhy they were so reluctant to just prepare my food or how such a person is allowed to be the manager. Great store and staff. Everything I order is always fresh and hot. If something is wrong with the order, which almost never... happens, the manager or staff will fix it without question. Thank you for making my dinner. See you next week. Read more
Not much of a one person menu as I only wanted 2 pieces of chicken. Taste was good for the one spicy breast that I purchased.
This location is old and tired. After a long wait inside (drive through was even slower), finally got my order and it was wrong.... Lots of confusion and standing around by employees. Won't go back. Read more
