FOOD WAS FRESH & FAST with *AMAZING* CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We ordered lunch for a last-minute, work-related meeting. Since it... was cheaper, & short-notice, we did not do the delivery option. It is necessary to mention that I was not aware of the 28minEACH WAY commute upon ordering (and GAS IS NOT CHEAP RIGHT NOW...) and I am delighted to report that it was indeed *WELL* worthmy round-trip trek!! I was greeted by three smiling employees and a sweet, older, Hispanic man I assumed to be the manager orhead cook. Before going to get our food from the back (that was ready EARLY and creatively condensed in a convenient carryingbox) he asked if I needed ?Drink?? to which I kindly replied ?No, no, we already have drinks.' With a grin, he simultaneouslyshook his head and INSISTED I get a cold beverage on this hot day as he handed me a huge, yellow reusable cup. THEN he grabbedthe large box and INSISTED he take it to my car for me! So I led the way carrying my large, free drink and generously filled,plastic sack containing utensils, napkins, etc. In that short walk, he must have thanked me for giving them the business atLEAST 3 times. If he was ?just an employee?, he certainly acted as if this was his own personal business! And, YES, the foodorder was FRESH, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. This Dickey?s shares the building of a nice, well-lit gas station andis located on a long, country road with lots of hills and scenic properties on each side along the way. They have a new owner and the food is 100% better. The ribs fall off the bone. The brisket is tender and tastes great. Their... chili is awesome, brisket, beans with just the right amount of heat. I get food from there at least once a week. Read more

Horrible! We doordashed an order of 5 sliders, one potato, Mac and cheese and a couple other things. It took an hour to get... here and once it arrived, it was NOTHING we had ordered! We got 2 meals of turkey and sausage with potato salad and green beans(not even half cup!). That?s it. My son got nothing to eat so I shared mine with him. It tasted horrible.
