Long wait (+15 mins in the drive thru w/ three cars in front of me). People getting out their cars to see what?s going on. When... it was my turn, I asked for 12 wings & they told me ?6 available? ? right in the middle of the day. I left without placing afull order. They must?ve gotten tired of cooking. Read more
The customer service is great and food is good overall. However the wait time in the drive thru can get a little lengthy.
Tried the crispy chicken sandwich with the pickles and it was literally the best chicken sandwich I've had pretty much ever.... Super crispy juicy- and not greasy!! Can't wait to try it again!! Also there was a special Mtn Dew flavor I believe it wascalled lightning and it is the best Mtn Dew flavor in my opinion. Great customer service! Definitely will go back. Read more
Three problems with my 8 piece bucket; ordered Cole slaw, got mashed potatoes and gravy; biscuits were very tough, and got 5... drumsticks and 3 thighs - should have been 4 and 4. Chicken was tasty and decently cooked. Fries were fine also. Read more

I didn?t feel like cooking today and I drove to this location to get food and the young men as a cashier was very rude to me and... didn?t get me any great customer service experience what so ever. I explain to what I wanted and I received a biscuit thatwasn?t cooked in the middle. I drove back around to let them and the manager going to tell she doesn?t see anything in themiddle but gave me another biscuit batch out the oven and I got the same results? I want my money back because I definitely hada bad experience overall.. I?m already not having good day at all.. I need the corporate office to reach out to me. Read more
What a waste of hard earned money! I ordered a 3 piece dark grilled meal. The chicken was a dry as a bone. The pieces could were... smaller than the size of a cornish hen. The biscuit didn't seem as if it was done. I can't complain about the coleslaw--it waspretty good. I don't plan on going back there, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this particular location.
