I went in tonight and ordered a cheesesteak platter, and a quesadilla... I loved this place because I never had a problem and... the food was so tasty!! However tonight was something different. I witnessed the cook not only prepare, but cook and place myquesadilla with bare hands all over it into the container... and when I confronted and asked him why he doesn't use gloves toprepare and handle people's food he started slamming cabinets and still proceeded to place my cheesteak in the other containerbare handed ? ????... the young girl at the register was trying to tell me that he washes his hands and that's all he does allday... obviously I wasn't sweating her. When I arrived to pickup my order I was greeted with a "Yes?" by a female employee who was leaning over the counter. Brushed... that inital interaction off. After payment, she told me the pizzas were "down there" on the counter. (Didn't know this was selfserve.) I asked for a couple of plates as I ordered two pizzas and was told I should be charged for them. I thought she waskidding. I asked if she was serious and she said something along the lines of we use these for dine-in and we charge foreverything. I responded with, "Ok, I'll have to remember that for next time." I ordered my food at 8:08 they lady that first answer was very nice but they second lady hung up on me after I asked what was... the delivery time then I call back and she says I was never hung up on. So why would I call back if I didn?t feel that ways. Myfamily definitely had bad experiences with this lady and I?m pretty sure everyone knows who she is because she always haves aattitude if you DONT WANT TO WORK THERE THEN DONT but don?t make everyone else?s looks bad because you want to be rude. Stopped in for a bagel but walked by the pizza and had to change my mind. My son and I each got a plain and a sausage slice. ... Wish we chose a bagel breakfast sandwich instead, pizza was just ok. We were there before noon, but it was already pretty busy. Per the menu, there are a ton of choices, even a huge selection of pizzas. Not familiar with the area or restaurant I cantspeak for the rest of the items, but it was busy and the phones were also busy. Fair prices and staff was nice. Read more
I order food today they delivered my food wrong address.
