I would give zero stars because they don?t even deserve one. Horrible employees. Extremely slow. And shady. Bought 2 combos that... were supposed to be roughly $9 each. I was told mac n cheese wasn?t a side so I had to pay for that separate. My drink was alsocharged separate. Only place I know where a combo comes with nothing. When I asked why it was almost $30 total they basicallylaughed at me and said it was all separate. Do not waste your money here Read more
Horrible. Before we even got our food they didn?t have half the thinks in their menu. Was told they didn?t have chicken for the... sandwiches and then they changed it to ?it?s almost ready?. Get to the window and we were then told they had to make all ourfood ?fresh?. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, so much for fast food! The people taking the order were extremelyrude, asking ?can I charge you now.? Mins you I waited at the window for over 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged! Fairly new restaurant. I've been here a few times. Food has been good and the staff very friendly. There seems to be plenty of... staff working but very disorganized. Lemonade machine is still broken and had no mac and cheese ready resulting in a 10+ minute(and still counting). Dining room could be cleaner as well. Come on Popeyes, you can do better. Read more
Tried this place a few times. "Bold Cajun spices" -their boldest spice is salt Generally lacking in the flavor department, the... only thing I found decent was their chicken sandwich. An up-priced KFC with nothing to show for it, and the sides are abysmallysmall for the price. Pay $5 for 2-4 spoonfuls of anything. Read more

I want this business to be successful especially because it is within my community. While the food is exactly how I remember it... when I lived in NY, the customer service at this particular location is horrendous. The service window attendees are extremelyrude, do not offer a greeting and gave the impression they were bothered to be processing my order. They seemed more interestedin talking or texting on their cellphones or carrying on conversations with others than providing basic customer service. Theirlack of consideration is reflected in that every order I have acquired from this location has been wrong, whether they gave mean incorrect item or failed to provide me with a particular item I ordered. In addition there have been instances where theyhave implemented a "cash only" requirement at the window which is extremely suspicious. I hope management undergoesrestructuring or retraining.
