Idk if under staffed or all new staff but for me to be told I didn't make details on my order. I didn't like. They had no onion... no pickles when it was asked no onion no tomatoes extra pickles . She tells me I didnt request that . So why did yall take offthe onion and pickles? Don't make since at all. Food was hot and fresh. Read more

Went through the drive-thru asked for one chocolate frosty and one vanilla frosty. The woman working drive-thru through could... barely speak English with a very thick accent we couldn't understand what she was saying so we pulled up to the first window anda young man shrugged his shoulders and said uhhh go to the next window. We went and it was the woman trying to take our order wewere very polite trying to not get frustrated but it was impossible with her not even understanding half the stuff we weresaying to her. There were no cars in line behind us. We asked OK can we just take the order here and she told us no that we haveto go back around to the speaker to do so were we couldn't her what she was saying g in the first place. I have no problem withpeople from different countries or immigrants working but if you can't speak or understand English very well why do you havethem working the drive through it also seemed to me that maybe this was they're only choice maybe or were understaffed but I tdoesn't make it any less frustrating Read more

Williams I?ll Wendy?s totally failed on our order. Ordered regular nuggets; they gave us spicy nuggets, which I could not eat.... Plus, they were cold and hard, and obviously had been sitting there for a long time (probably why they unloaded them on me). Ialso ordered a baked potato with sour cream?.no sour cream was included. Very poor attention to customer service and properorder fulfillment. I will not return to this location any time soon. This was the second time they blew the order. Read more

I went today.. first off the cashier did NOT greet me. I ordered a number one no pickle, baconator fry and a lemonade. Got home... bit into my hamburger and it was pink. No biggie. Took it to get another one check it and looked ok. Bit into it and this one Isworst! I called a couple times and its busy and i refuse to go back today bc it's not going to be pretty. Wrong order and no customer service over phone. I ordered the new big bacon cheddar. But this has no bacon. I confirm the order... at checkout the cashier said Maple bacon. I'm not sure what I even got. I could not go back to personally because I am currentlyon my lunch break at work. Read more

Ordered breakfast today.. very good experience. Ordered on mobile to try the free honey butter chicken biscuit .. and it?s... AMAZING. Way better than I remember Wendy?s chicken ever being and the biscuit is SO good, and the honey butter I?m OBSESSEDwith. The breakfast fry things and the bacon chicken croissant are amazing too. 100% recommend! Service was fast and theemployee was really nice . Read more

I love Wendy's, so it's difficult for me to give a lower star review, but this particular visit could've been close to 2 stars.... No one was blatantly rude or disrespectful, so I have 3 stars. It took almost 10 minutes to pick up two breakfast burritos, thatI placed a mobile order for, well before I got there! The girl did say, "Thank you for waiting. Sorry it took so long." I had toask why it took so long and if that's common to wait. She said no they ran out and had to make them for me. and since they werefrozen it took even longer. FROZEN!? the only reason I get my breakfast and Wendy's is because of fresh eggs and food quality.It did not exist in this particular instance, or I think with their frozen burritos at all.
