There are two businessmen that come in every morning and order no fewer than 20 drinks and 20 breakfast items that they must be... bringing to their entire office. THAT is why they are backed up in the morning. The staff are very sweet though. My suggestionis to place your order on the app about 15 min in advance, and avoid the drive thru line (about 10 min average in myexperience). Again, the staff go above and beyond, and that could also contribute. I will also say as a customer I've noticedthe baristas have a real sense of camaraderie with one another, and it's nice to see "front line" workers actually have a smileon their face. I fully expect to wait in a long line a Starbucks; what do I not expect after placing my order and pulling up to window? Well... for the employee at the window to have absolutely no idea about my order, then said employee turns to the employee next to herthat also has no idea about my order. After waiting 12 minutes in line to finally get to the window and have one employee rolltheir eyes at me after I told them never mind and the second to say " I hope you have a better day." This is one of the busier Starbucks in Buffalo - even with mobile order, I've never had to wait less than 10 minutes with all of... the orders coming in (they have somewhere in the range of five or six baristas). Always enjoy Starbucks, but it does take a long time to get your order. Again, a minor complaint, but overall not bad. Just... understand if your looking for speedy service, this isn't your place. Read more

Starbucks is always a favorite in my family. They have a great selection and new ideas for drinks. They never tend to get old I... would recommend Starbucks if you?ve been living under a rock for the last 10 years then I need not go into too much more detail,since there?s one on the corner of every single major Street in the United States.
