They used to be good but with the new management, they are terrible. I never write reviews, but this place deserves one. I?m... leaving one star because they at least show up for work. I went today on my way home from work, not feeling well and not wantingto cook, they told me they were out of nearly everything and forgot 2/3 of my items. This isn?t a first. They forgot my kidspancakes the last time we ordered from here. And their hash browns were cold. Won?t be going back. Read more

Very slow service. I waited like 20 minutes for coffee and a egg mcmuffin. They had two people on duty And they clearly were... not happy and neither was I. They can expect me to go somewhere else like Spot Coffee were the price is OK but the service isbetter. Read more

Honestly the worst Mcdonald's I've been to. Its close to my work so I've gone here about 12 times now and every time its super... slow service and they usually mess something up. I always order online and I used to do curbside pickup, but they never bring itout to curbside so I just go inside now. It shouldn't take me my entire lunch break to get one sandwich. The kiosk wouldn't allow me to order special, so I went to the register. The cashier was ok and mildly friendly for as busy as... they were. I was very specific with my order. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel with 2 slices of Canadian bacon added. I wasvery adamant about the 2 slices and willing to pay the extra and told her. I also ordered 2 number 7 sausage burrito meals. Igot one water. When I picked up my order, I received one slice of Canadian bacon and ONLY 2 burritos. I got the attention of themanager explained it, told her I was willing to pay for the correction. She sent me over to the register with the cashier tocorrect it. A other customer got loud and rude with me fir "cutting" and being disrespectful. Threatened me. I stepped aside andbegged the cashier to help the other customer first. I got up to the register, where the cashier seemed very confused andflustered as to what extras she should ring me up for so I suggested a full refund and just ring the order out as it should havebeen rung up in the first place she called the manager up and the manager refused to do it like that. I stated that I shouldn'thave to pay extra money paying for things individually that would otherwise have been part of combos. She raised her voice saidI can return the food and get my refund or take my food. I took my food and left because I felt very attacked and unsafe fromthe situation with the previous customer. This is probably the crappiest service I have EVER gotten from ANY mcdonalds. And Ihave a great deal of patience and respect for the employees for showing up. Read more

I only order two hash browns once in a blue moon. I get there around 8:15, rarely any cars in the drive thruway still have me... waiting at the speaker with out saying a word and around 5 minutes to even get the food. I finally had enough with how rude theworkers are everytime. There is just no excuse for this behavior other then purely lazy. Read more

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes at 9pm at night? not a single car in the line or not a single person in the... restaurant. I drove around the building 2 times and 2 workers stared at me do it and I saw about 5 others in the restaurantdoing nothing. I finally came in a the girl had zero personality. She rudely told me that the drive through is closed becausethey are cleaning. (They are open till 12am). She seemed so bothered that I even asked her why I just sat in the drive throughfor so long?. Not the first time this place has done this either. It?s a daily reoccurrence. I swear workers do the bare minimumnowadays. Read more

If I could give it zero stars I would, I am so sick and tired of coming to this McDonald location and every time I order a... Carmel frappe, they can?t make it. I have heard the machine is cleaning, I have heard, I don?t know how to change the bag, Ihave heard it?s not crushing ice, and I go to McDonald Monday thru Friday and this week every day but Monday I was able to getone.. if you guys can?t keep up with it or your employees are to lazy to make them, maybe you should take it off your menu causeisn?t that called false advertisement..
