I ordered a double cheeseburger no pickle no mustard. Just mayo and ketchup. Given no reciept. I was running late for my job.... They gave me 1 cheeseburger with mayo and pickle and a double cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup. Charged me 4.55. I honkedseveral times and held up the bag signaling- wrong order I was ignored. Why can't these employees and most of these McDonaldlocations get 1 simple task right? ???? When I do walk in the establishment it's always the weed I smell. Absolutely the WORST service I?ve at any fast food place. And that?s saying a lot. The service is SLOW and employees are always... so rude + the machines are ?broken? constantly, like every single time I?ve come here. I should have stopped going here afterthe first few bad experiences but I live right down the street. HOWEVER, today definitely sealed the deal. I came for a smallfry and drink today, Monday, at about 4:45 and there was no one in the parking lot or drive through, when I pulled up the ladyvery rudely told me to wait a minute and after a very long wait rudely asked me ?can I help you? she then told me they didn?thave what I wanted to order and then acted very exasperated and inconvenienced, and asked me to wait again as it seemed shecouldn?t figure out how to put in my order which at that point was just a regular fry and chicken sandwich. I ended up justdriving away. I will never give my money to this branch again. Read more

Automatic cashier terminal takes the "family" friendly atmosphere out of the McDonald's experience. Zero human interaction for... ordering your meal. A few staff were seen in the kitchen frantically working in the back and unsure what was going on.Supervisor appeared more concerned with her son in the dining room than helping customers who were trying to order their food.Entire process took much longer than it should of for "fast food" - I won't be visiting that location anymore. Waited over twenty minutes to go through the drive thru as one lane was shut down. Had to repeat my order multiple times. Got... to the window and still managed to screw up my order. Two ice creams in cones when I asked for cups. Got Dr. Pepper orsomething similar as opposed to a Coke. Had to send my kids' sprites (2 separate drinks) back twice each due to black floatiesin the cups. No apologies. Just here. Ugh. Will not be back to this location EVER. Read more

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH CURBSIDE! It has now been 2 times that my orders have been ?completed? and no food has been ready. The... first time, they claimed I had already picked up my food and were frustrated I wanted my food I pre-paid for. Second time, Iordered and waited ~20 mins before going in to investigate. Not only did they not complete my order (ice cream machine down),they were not able to aid me in receiving a refund or store credit. Not only that, they were rude and would not get off apersonal phone call to address my questions. I know it?s a McDonald?s and things aren?t always available, but the fact that Ihave to now go through my credit card company yo get my money back is ridiculous? I ordered reg chicken nuggets and fries...nuggets were spicy, hard, dry, and cold. I went back and received warmer nuggets but... cold fries. I was told I would have to wait 20 min IF I wanted fresh hot food. OF COURSE I WANT FRESH HOT FOOD!!! I waited,and after about 45 min from the beginning of my ordeal I finally got the correct HOT order. I will not visit this locationagain. Read more

Food was prepared correctly. We ordered from the kiosk inside. We waited about 10 minutes. There was no staff to be seen. They... were all "in the back ". When an elderly woman needed a help the woman had to shout into the back for assistance. The staffmember was very unresponsive, took her order and disappeared into the back. For this location I will stick to drive through. Read more

Absolutely appalling service. They refused to take orders at the register. Told everyone they had to use the kiosk. I don't mind... the kiosk at all, but an older lady came in after me that didn't know how, so I helped her place her order through the kiosk,during which time they called my order. Instead of just leaving it on the counter they took it back. When I was done helping thelady I went to the counter to ask about my order. Very rudely she says well I called you 3 times. I explained I was helpingsomeone place an order, she didn't care, she continued to run her mouth to the other employees in the back about how she hadcalled my order 3 times. Instead of just saying thank you and giving me my food she chose to act a fool in front of everyone andtry to make me look like the bad guy for helping one of HER CUSTOMERS that she should have been helping. Do yourself a favor anddrive further down Sheridan towards Sweet Home. That McDonald's is phenomenal. And a word of advice to that lady employee atMcDonald's, do better. Elderly customers don't know how to use the kiosk, so you can either post an employee out there to helppeople or open a register to take orders.
