Hello from Georiga! Have always wanted to hit Charlie's ever since I saw him on "The best thing I ever ate". Made a mental note... that if I ever went to Buffalo I would go by. Last week we stopped by on our way up to Niagara Falls. Beef on Weck did notdisappoint. Crazy good. I got a little Au Jus on the side and dipped the sandwich in it. Thanks for a great sandwich guys! My first experience with ?Beef On Weck.? Charlie the Butcher served up a sandwich that was worth the hype! The sides were good,... but paled in comparison. The sandwich is the star here. It?s a bit expensive but well worth it for genuine Buffalo cooking. The Polish style cheesecake is like a tasty custardcake and will surprise those who are use to NY style cheesecake.
