Three people called in sick leaving one worker to feed 56 people. He did a great job considering. Food was just okay.
I would definitely recommend this as the #1 place in Williamstown to avoid. The dining room is cold and dim. The food is... mediocre at best. And the service was terrible. Our server didn't even know what the special was, but that's the least of it.They walked away and forgot about us is all I can figure. We had to ask someone to come over and refill our drinks. We went to road house tonight, 1st and last time! It took 20 minutes before our server got to us, we ordered 2 mic lights, warm... beer? So she brings them, another 20 minutes or more to take our order, says I?m sorry we?re busy, I look around 3 servers therewith 8 tables total, we order prime rib, sent mine back, too bloody, 25 minutes later comes back out same damn way. Prime ribyou should cut it with a fork?! I?m a server at a restaurant worked today had 8 tables of my own, I give good service and at notime have I ever made my customers wait to be severed! Maybe you need to find new help and cooks, or at very least when primerib is sent back to recook, turn on the oven to do so! You guys stink! Sry but true! Read more
OK-what?s good: pretty much anything you would consider ?bar food?. Nachos, onion rings, etc. the service is super friendly if... not a touch slow. What is less than stellar: steaks not cooked to correct temp. Chicken so dry I simply could not choke itdown. My husband and I were finally able to try this restaurant and we are already planning our next dinner date there! The food was... cooked perfect, they had plenty of options on the menu, and they even had live music and a fire pit hangout outside, howcool! The waitstaff was so nice and thoughtful, they gave us immediate attention as soon as we walked through the doorimpressively with how busy they were. I loved this place! 10/10 stars ? Read more
Ordered appetizer , requested that it would come out first, delivered 3 out of 4 meals and appetizer at the same time. My dinner... came 25 mins later when my 3 dinner mates had finished eating. They did take the meal off the bill, and it's a good thing. Thechicken was so dry that I thought it was pork. The gravy was hot and the chicken only warm. Disappointed. Had reserved space for a 50th birthday party. The staff were all great, and very accommodating.
