We went in to get our food because there was a big line at the drive through not only was there quite a lot of people in the... store, but they were running out of food stuff was being sold cold they were running out of coffee. We were hoping to get lunchwe had to wait in line so long that our family got discouraged we heard people yelling behind the counter, there was also anodor coming from behind the counter not sure what it was. There was a big line in the drive through so we went inside to place our order.There was a strong odor of alcohol when we walked... in and approached the counter. The manager asked to help us and she reeked of alcohol. Her eyes were red and bloodshot. Shestarted in cussing cause she had to open the store and she needed her sleep. She layed her head down on the counter and we kepttelling her to getup. This is not the kind of place we want to do business with any more. Read more

I went in to get coffee and doughnuts for our travel and the guy with the fire red hair behind the counter was very rude. I told... the manager the problem and she said it must be my attitude. The people behind me heard everything that was said and they leftwithout ordering. The manager was very rude and you don't need people that don't know how to approach the public. I will betelling all my friends that stop in at this store for doughnuts that they might want to keep going next time. Read more

Absolutely terrible! They messed up my coffee and gave us the wrong order! It was also ice cold when it got here! Never going to... them again. The North Adams Dunkin is better. Read more

They charged me twice on a mobile order. I went there and to pick up my order they handed me two orders. Why. I said I want one... refund the 2nd. They said call customer service. Nobody picks up the phone there. They messed up my sandwiches 3 times. Iordered a sausage egg and cheese they told me they make them with bacon. So they can't make food and can't do a refund. Stupid.Spent over an hour there and they can't make a sandwich right. There was 6 sandwiched they throw away. Make them right the firsttime and get the customer out the store. Read more

We are from out of state and in town for the ballgame. We stopped in for lunch as we have in the past. We over heard and saw an... employee getting yelled at from the manager. This is unacceptable. She should have taken the employee in the back and quietlytalked to her, not in front of customers and not using the language that she was using. This manager was very rude to thecustomers. She needs to be fired for this inappropriate behavior and not allowed to work with the public. They were out ofitems we wanted to order. She was very bossy and not professional to customers or employees. Poor attitude for a manager tohave. Read more

I ordered Snackin Bacon and it came cold. Went back inside, brought it to their attention, and the lady at the counter told me... it comes cold. I almost laughed, I used to work at Dunkin' and I know it does not come cold. Serve your food correctly and ownyour mistakes. Read more

I don't know if it's a short staff issue or what, but I waited 35 minutes this morning for one sandwich. People inside were... laughing and joking around, cars piled up behind me (and in front before my turn), I saw one woman go on a smoke break, hackedup a lung in between puffs, then when I pulled around she was the one who handed me my food and it reaked of smoke.
