Better service at the location out on Hwy 17 South. Walked in the store this past Thursday 4/21 at 8:48pm and the advertise they... close at 9pm. Lights on and OPEN light shining. Guy behind counter claimed they were closed. I could see he had just startedremoving condiments. If they were suppose to be closed they would've locked the door and turned off some lights. I bet uppermanagement and the owner didn't know this. Guess they don't want my money. Another customer was walking in ad I walked out andwas told the same thing. I had to rush to the other Subway and walked in at 8:57pm and was happily served. Read more
There are 2 Subways in Williamston. If you're new to this town, avoid this Subway. This place is as sorry as they come. They'll... put extra stuff on your subs and make you pay extra even if you didn't want that much stuff. Staff are rude, and customerservice is horrible. Been to both places. Read more
Previous review: good food good service. I am having to come back on my review today for having been miss treated at this subway... location, me and my fiance came into this subway and my fiance went up and told the lady what she wanted and and the secondemployee working that night, skipped over me to serve the African American girls behind me without even acknowledging mestanding right in front of her. Now I will say I have always had great service there in the past on the app picking up and goingin and ordering, but tonight I felt like I was overlooked by African American women because I am a tall white male.
