The food and service were the worst I have ever had in a McDonald's, and that is saying a lot. The ceiling was water stained... from roof leaks, the staff was stingy with condiments, and the food was absolutely disgusting. It tasted spoiled, and I can'timagine how they could manage that with a McDonald's menu and preparation instructions, unless they are not following foodsafety guidelines. I will never return. Trainig needed? Worker cleaning tables sprayed the one next to me, one foot away, while I was eating. I was the only one in that... area of restaurant. She continued to clean the others in the area. She could have done those first. She also left them very wet. Read more
Friendly service but after going through the drive thru and then checking our food, my sausage egg & cheese mcmuffin was on a... hamburger bun! ???? We visit this store often, probably 4 to 5 times a month, because it's on the route to pick up our kids in VA. The service is... consistently poor. The most recent interaction I had, the store rep handed me the wrong order and when I told her that wasn't myorder, she got defensive and told me "well that's what you paid for" with an attitude. The person who took payment for theorder took the wrong payment. Not my fault. The employee then proceeded to curse with the window open to another employee. Iknow it's just McDonald's but some level of professionalism or courtesy would have been appreciated. Read more
7:50pm on a Wednesday night. Drive through has 1 other car. If I could give this place less then 1 star I would. Place my... order. 2 drinks 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 1 regular chicken sandwich add pickles. Pay, get up to window 2 we see they rung upthe order wrong. 3 spice chickens vs what we order. Tapped on the window finally someone came and we explained what was wrongand they had us pull up. There's a car already there that they freaking forgot about! We finally pull up and wait. The managerfinally comes up she had been in the bathroom. We explain for the second time what is wrong she's happy to fix it....oh but itdoesn't end there... She comes back with a spicy deluxe.. so we explain for the THIRD time and finally she brings back the rightsandwich. All I can say is these people need to get there hearing checked. Read more

We stopped at the MacDonalds in Williamston on East Blvd on the way home to Raleigh. I can honestly say that this is the best... MacDonalds I have visited. The food was served at the right temperature and the manager came out to check to see if everythingwas to our liking. She introduced herself as Karen and told us to let her know if we needed anything else. The restaurant isvery clean and all staff members we came in contact with were friendly and professional. If only all MacDonalds were run thisefficiently!! Kudos to the owner of this MacDonalds. Your restaurant was a very pleasant experience!! Read more
Employees were super nice but they had everything messed up in there. They originally started to give us the wrong order. And... then we when got our order they gave me a cheeseburger with no patty just cheese and bread lol, like I said employees were nicebut either they didn?t know what they were doing or something else was wrong because it wasn?t even that busy.
