Drive thru pickup was quick and the chicken was nice and hot. Staff were cordial. No complaints on this visit.
No napkins, no fountain drinks, dirty tables. Workers standing around doing nothing. Screwed up the order had to go inside, the... whole experience sucked. They need to close!!! Never go back. Read more
The building smells like mildew when you walk in and it is insanely overpriced now. I couldn't believe that the taco boxes were... $25 now. (This is a kfc/taco bell combo) I was very disappointed in the quality of food too. They put so much sour cream it feltlike I had more of it than anything else. Read more

Great staff improvement, but the chicken was wrong and under cooked. Why no one can simply box a breast? I recieved as I have... many times, the wrong piece of chicken. If you're gonna mess up the order. Atleast make sure it is done...money wasted again.And no dinner, it went directly into the trash. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to try KFC again after 10 years and boy did it disappoint again. Let's start out with... a cashier who acted as if it was a problem to not know what you want. To items on their menu saying one thing and once rung upit is a different price that mind you they did not want to change. Or how a sign says you can get the 1/2 gallon drink bucketin fountain, sweet tea or lemonade but is then told that the only options are tea and lemonade even though the sign saysdifferently and the buckets aren't even prefilled. Mind you the sign says it was $2.99 but the drink rang up as $3.99. Fastforward to the food coming out and the gravy looks thick and it is and SALTY. Like salt lick salty and the mash potatoes dry.Turn that back in and opt for the Mac and cheese only to get some super old Mac that was dried completely out and honestlylooked like it had been made days before. Then my chicken wings weren't even done. Was a sad experience and I feel like theycould just have done better. Especially when it wasn't busy and you hadn't even been open but maybe an hour to 90 mins. Dobetter KFC people don't want half done chicken. Read more
Went there last night I don't know whether my food was bad because they were about to close but it wasn't good. The girl rushed... my order. This was at 9:25pm. I didn't the chicken wings. They looked good but weren't good. My fiance said his food wasdelicious but he ordered taco bell and he got a drink with his meal. I guess I won't go at that time anymore. Great food friendly service After my experience on 8/18/22 I had to do an update. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch and... the man running the show was amazing. I hadn't seen him in there before so I don't know if he is the new manager or the DM orwhat, but he knows his stuff. He is definitely what that place needed. An amazing manger he was friendly and helpful to hiscustomers and his staff. He has a big personality and commanding presence, when his staff needed help he was right there readyand when one girl didn't know what to do he was soft spoken and did not call attention to her. I have not seen such greatmanagement skills in action in a long time. He was all over the kitchen and dinning room making sure everyone has everythingthey need. He was not scared to jump in when needed. He is what every manger should strive to be. Just amazing!!! I give him a10 out of 10 would love to see him in action again. Read more
