Food was ok, service was ok, tough to get to the drink machine due to a leak on the floor.
they NEVER get my order wrong. I only eat there now. The staff is very nice and the food is cooked perfectly.
There was a sign taped to the door saying the lobby was closed due to being short-staffed, and said to use the drive thru. We... wanted to sit down to eat, so we turned to leave and a guy in the parking lot says to us, "you can go in, the dining room isopen". Strange, but we went in. The young lady working the front counter was sitting at a table in the lobby, doing something onher phone. She jumps up and goes to her register. Doesn't say a word, not hello, not may I help you, nothing. Nevertheless, wetell her our order. The food was hot and pretty good. I still can't get over them leaving the sign up on the door. Either you'reopen to customers or you're not. I asked about the sign, she said they forgot to take it down. It was still up when I left, andshe was back at her table in the dining area. That's pretty sorry. We truly believe she just didn't want to have to do any workso she didn't take the sign down. Read more
When taking our order the girl sounded completely uninterested and kept messing up what we had ordered. When we got to the... window, she didn't give us one of our drinks. After getting that, we sat at the window with nobody behind us to check our orderwhich of course was not correct. We had to wait 10 mins to get the girl's attention to tell her we hadn't gotten our fries. Wetried waving, tapping on the glass, and even honking the horn before she ever paid us any attention. Then the fries tasted likethey had been laying under the light all day. Very tough and gross. I will not be returning. Read more
