Good food, decent price, but the service is a little lacking on ocassion
When we first arrived to Cook Out, we tried to utilize the walk up window, however, after standing there for roughly 15 minutes,... we still were not greeted by an employee. This prompted us to go back to our car and into the drive thru lane. The employee onthe other end of the speaker box was impatient, did not say any type of friendly greeting, and even after several repetitions ofour order, got it wrong. The shakes were not shaken. The topping on our hot dogs were incorrect, although we asked for crispyfries, ours were super soggy, and our double burger was only a single. At this point, we had waited all together for 35 minutesand there were 6 or 7 cars in the drive thru, so we decided to call or email the information we just KNEW would be on thereceipt. Yep, negative. No store number, no manager name...NOTHING...how is it that an establishment hopes to improve a guest'sperception of an experience and create return customers without a feedback loop???? Love cookout! Food good. Just wish they would learn to do the banana fudge shake right
Went there at 1:30am two nights in a row. The food was pretty warm and freshly made. It was worth the drive at that hour. Lines... weren't long. Read more
Every time I go to get my milk shake, the young girl is always kind, bubbly, and polite. She's a lot if the reason I return so... frequently. It's hard to find good customer service these days. Read more
If I'm going here it's for a milkshake or a quick snack. Every time I've gotten fries from here they've been soggy. I'm a big... fan of cook out cheese fries but the ones here ain't it. The Washington cook out is just superior. If I had to make this reviewone sentence that's what I'd put, that the Washington cook out is just a whole lot better. Read more
It?s nice to have a Cookout in this town, but other Cookouts I?ve been to are way better. The service is typically good here and... the staff is usually fairly professional, but the food just isn?t as good. They skimp so badly on the cheese bites it makes meangry every time I get them because you only get a few, their quesadillas are pitiful (try putting some filling in them!) andsandwiches can be a hit and a miss.
