My wife and I stopped at this Bojangle's on Sunday Oct. 9, 2022. We waited in line for over 10 minutes and no one manned the... register while we were there. Several groups of customers were behind us and left before we finally left. There was no senseof urgency to help anyone in line. The staff seemed to want to help the drive-thru and just ignore the in-store customers. While I realize that they may be short on staff but to not at least acknowledge the in-store customers is very, veryunprofessional. Read more
Incredibly slow. Drive thru line is always 20 minutes or longer. Workers often pick arguments with guest when they complain... about order being incorrect. Read more
Friendly and cirtious.Food was great but we ask for lightly seasoned fries and we got way too much seasoning. I wanted to remind... them that some folks can't have allot of salt because of health issues. But didn't get the chance. Hopefully they'll see this.Keep up the hard work ???? Read more

After I placed my order I had to wait 30 minutes for grits so I had to ask for my other sandwiches to be made fresh.
