Just ordered a protein bowl. When we got home the rotisserie chicken smelled terrible and tasted awful also. Called back to the... store and was told it's because we got it cold that it is freshly made multiple times a day. Read more

I like the food but the workers can sometimes be a bit unfriendly or short with you. Probably aren't being paid right by the... company among other things. As far as the food, it is good but could be a little cheaper. The prices have gone up and that'sgood for them but not for us as customers. Footlongs bring us in the door. Keep them cheap! And try to be a little more politewhen serving customers! Hey Subway, pay these people would you please? Read more

I came in to purchase food, I'm traveling for work and held my urge to use the restroom until I arrived to the store. The... assistant manager refused to give me the code to the restroom until AFTER I bought food. I told her I was buying food for twobut I had to use the restroom in an emergency and she refused to give it to me. The employee, jayden, asking permission to giveme the code felt so bad just blurred it out. I am very upset that I was treated and how the assistant manager handled thesituation, poor judgment. I understand people missuse the restroom, but I can assure I don't look like a homeless person and I'ma professional passing through due to work. Read more

After our last experience at this subway we will not be returning. Not only did the employee make our sandwiches and wraps... terribly (did not know how to roll the wraps nor how to apply condiments), but the attitude we received was quite unnecessary.To top it off there were long, straight, black hairs in our food. My sister and I have curly hair, so it could not have beenours. We will not return and do not appreciate the terrible customer service we received from Sherri (the employee previouslymentioned). So I ordered from Doordash 3 subs with a drink and chips. I was missing 1 bag of chips. I called to see of there was something... bgg to be done about it. Person answered tonight at around 750pm. Was the only 1 there apparently. There was a lot of shufflingaround noise as if they were outside and I started the problem. Long pause. She stated that that her co worker did the chip bagand after i stated again that there was a bag missing there was another long pause. Said she's the only one there and she didn'tknow what she could fo for me.. Not even to bgg to suggest crediting my doordash account for the price of the missing chips. Read more
