The people are always so nice but, they never make my drink right at Williamsport Starbucks even when I order on the app with... the exact amounts of everything. I always get a venti chocolate cream cold brew now and since the Holliday rolled around I amdoing 6 pumps of sugar cookie syrup instead of my normal vanilla plus 3 (highly recommend). The issue I have is when I get mydrink it looks like they add cream or milk every time since there is no separation of the chocolate cold foam and cold brewcoffee and it is never sweet enough. The last issue is I have is that the cold foam separates and tastes grainy versus creamyeven after it being made and sipped immediately after. I always get Starbucks at the Target in Muncy when I go and they make thebest chocolate cream cold brews. Sweet creamy chocolate cold foam and smooth cold brew when sipped in the sippy cup lids mixesamazingly. Also before you ask about the layering issue at Target it is always layered perfectly and I have two distinguishablelayers for most of my Target shopping trips which are more than half an hour. I always pick up my drink from Starbucks within acouple minutes of them making it so it can?t be because it sat to long at Williamsport Starbucks. Again the people are always sonice here but, I have often found myself going to the Muncy Target to get my Starbucks than Williamsport because of the poorquality of my favorite drink. Read more

They sell coffee here and other fine caffeine drinks. They are known for their friendly customers service and for always... pronouncing your name wrong. But if you don't mind having your name said funny and want a good drink this is definitely theplace to stop in to. Also I hope they keep their open bathroom door policy going. I decided to treat myself this morning by getting a nice coffee from Starbucks. In the drive-through line, the woman who took my... order I had such a happy attitude that my day was instantly better. When she gave me my drink at the window, her smile reallylifted my spirits, and she told me to have a great day. What really mattered is that she meant it. We go to Starbucks every Friday. We always order on the app and depending on the day we either pick up inside or at the drive... thru. Our drinks and food are always made correctly. The staff is friendly and use your name to address you which I absolutelylove because it feels like they know you. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and comfortable. I could sit in there and work allday if it was acceptable lol. Unfortunately for me, I would buy a coffee every hour lol. Read more

Ordered the same thing I always get, iced white chocolate mocha latte with sweet foam, caramel drizzle, and an extra shot of... espresso. Large. The price was $.53 less than normal. Didn?t even think twice about it until after the fact. Forgot my carameldrizzle!!! Of course I was late and needed to be somewhere? Place was busy. Well understaffed. Ordered a small hot coffee w/Xtra cream ahead of my arrival on the app...walked in 5-10 minutes later and waited an additional... 15+ minutes only to receive a luke warm (at best) offering.
