The Dunkin Donuts in Williamsport on the Golden Strip was out of 90% of their stuff to even make coffee. Makes it very hard when... that's what you go to that place for is coffee so instead of getting coffee I end up getting orange juice it tasted sour acouple donuts to take home for the kids and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich is about standard. but the staff there is verynice down-to-earth happy-go-lucky people easy to communicate with not their fault that they don't have the things they need tomake orders. I absolutely love DD, and their new hummus toast is my personal favorite item. This specific location is nearly always staffed... with friendly individuals, and they are pretty quick at completing orders even during peak hours. Their lobby is only open untilnoon though. Also, this specific dunkin has an inconvenient location, not well suited for high traffic. But this may bealleviated when the nearby DD in Muncy is rebuilt. Read more
I love the Dunkin Donuts on the Golden Strip as they Always get my coffee just right and never have to keep repeating it. I go a... lot and they a lot of the times hear voice and tell me what it is I am ordering after i say i would like.. Love these people.Very friendly. Read more
I am so disappointed in my service at this location. I order a medium iced latte. The coupon I had gets rejected so I am forced... to pay the $4.50 because it has already been made. Then the cashier hands it out to me and it is barely half full. I thenquestion why this is and she said it?s bc i asked for light ice. I?ve done this exact order before and my order was madecompletely fine. I then come home and call the manger regarding how upset I am and she had no remorse and didn?t care about whatI had to say. Rude rude rude. Angry customers talking down to inattentive staff. Angry guy having some road rage incident in the parking lot.... Florida Karen in her mini van demanding the world get out of her way. Very stressful place.. Go to Dunkin in Williamsport on15. This place sucks and will stress you out. WAY too many angry entitled trumpsters here. Same coffee downtown with lessstress. Or go to Sheetz, they have decent coffee too. Oh the coughing sneezing girl at the window! My God. Hold the covid on mymunchkins. Last visit to this location. Many other GOOD Dunkin's within 10 - 15 minutes. Save yourself the stress and thecovid. Go elsewhere. I went through the drive through. Service was quick and friendly. I can?t wait to enjoy my iced coffee and breakfast sandwich.
