Too busy. Made expensive bad coffee and when asked about it I was given an excuse why my coffee had apparently no coffee in it.

Sooooo, I'm currently at this location and I was pretty much ignored. Stood in front of the cash register for at least 3... minutes without being acknowledged. This is the first and only time I've been treated this way at Starbucks. Especiallyconsidering that I had made eye contact with at least one employee. There was one white male and two white females workingbehind the counter. Eventually, I just left. Oh, and I was the only black person in the facility at the time. Read more
I think Starbucks needs to spend more time training their employees. Over the last several weeks I have placed an order for... coffee and only half of the time is it correct. If I ask for coffee and flavor, I am some times asked how many pumps? When Iask them how many is normal for that size coffee they aren't sure and have to ask someone in the store. If I say no classic,the ticket on the cup says no classic, but classic is added Or sometimes they write flavor on the sticker and no flavoring isadded. I normally go to Starbucks as they are closer, but if this keeps up, I am taking my butt to Dunkin. Read more
