Too busy. Made expensive bad coffee and when asked about it I was given an excuse why my coffee had apparently no coffee in it.
Training new employees this day on the drive through. Took around 12 minutes to get our order. Everyone was nice and... informative about the delays. Everyone has to start new. Drinks were make to orders. Read more

I think Starbucks needs to spend more time training their employees. Over the last several weeks I have placed an order for... coffee and only half of the time is it correct. If I ask for coffee and flavor, I am some times asked how many pumps? When Iask them how many is normal for that size coffee they aren't sure and have to ask someone in the store. If I say no classic,the ticket on the cup says no classic, but classic is added Or sometimes they write flavor on the sticker and no flavoring isadded. I normally go to Starbucks as they are closer, but if this keeps up, I am taking my butt to Dunkin. Read more
